ThreatScout is a threat intelligence platform that helps security professionals, analysts, and investigators assess the security risk of any digital identity or asset. From a single search bar, you can investigate IP addresses, companies, domain names, subdomains, and individuals — and receive a structured threat report with a risk score, severity rating, and topic-based findings covering leaked credentials, data breaches, malware, ransomware exposure, dark web listings, exposed assets, and AI/API security risks.
ThreatScout is built for security teams, SOC analysts, red-teamers, OSINT researchers, journalists, and anyone who needs to understand the real-world exposure of a target quickly. The service aggregates intelligence from a wide range of public and commercial sources — abuse databases, vulnerability feeds, paste sites, breach archives, exposure scanners, and threat intelligence platforms — and complements them with curated OSINT tools, Google dorking queries, and quick IOC/CVE lookups so you can dig deeper on any finding.
ThreatScout is an independent project, built and maintained by a small team of security enthusiasts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to MITRE, NVD, CISA, or any vendor referenced in CVE records unless explicitly stated. All intelligence is provided for informational and research purposes only.
Our mission is to make threat intelligence accessible to everyone, not just large security teams with enterprise budgets. We believe a single person investigating a suspicious IP, a journalist verifying a source, or a small business owner checking a vendor should be able to get a clear, honest risk assessment in seconds, without a procurement cycle or a sales call. That is why every report starts with a plain-language summary and a risk score anyone can understand, and why the free tier exists at all.
We are transparent about the limits of automated intelligence. Reports combine real data from public and commercial feeds with curated context, and we always distinguish verified signals from inferred ones. When we are unsure, we say so. If you have questions about a finding, or want a target re-evaluated, the team can be reached through the contact page.
